Effective as of March 28, 2026. These terms govern your interaction with Archipelago Logic and our digital infrastructure.
01. Acceptance of Digital Terms
By accessing ArchipelagoLogic.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local legal mandates. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this hub.
Archipelago Logic provides expert consulting on logic systems and advanced business analytics. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
Note: We reserve the right to update these protocols at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new framework.
02. Intellectual Governance
The "Archipelago Logic" name, logo, proprietary logic systems, and all original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Archipelago Logic and its licensors.
Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of our Jakarta office. This includes our proprietary methodology for data structuring and regional market analysis.

- Limited license granted for viewing informational summaries.
03. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
System Integrity
Users must not attempt to breach the analytics firewall, scrape data via automated tools, or introduce malware into the Hub's directory systems.
Content Integrity
Reproduction of any logic frameworks or Indonesian business insights provided on this site for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
Identity Accuracy
Any communication initiated via our contact systems must contain truthful and accurate identifying information.
Lawful Access
The Service must only be used for purposes that are legal in the Republic of Indonesia and within the user's jurisdiction.
04. Disclaimer & Liability
"Numerical projections and analytical models provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute absolute guarantees of future performance."
In no event shall Archipelago Logic, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the service
- • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
- • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions
05. Termination of Access
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Hub immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the site shall be instituted in a court in Jakarta, Indonesia.
